simple answer, no
long answer, there is no way on the classic, but on the ipod touch if you have a mifi (or a phone that can share its 3G through wifi) you can use the ipod touch to listen to some radio stations through either an app or the internet.
neither have an FM tuner built in0 -
I think you can get add-on tuners for the iPod.0

If you have an ipod touch which is a couple of years old and doesn't have the "Apps" icon on it does that mean I can't download apps.
I can get onto the internet and listen to albums etc but just struggling to set up an account to download apps/games.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Hi Bowling_4_Gold, the iPod is definately genuine yes. But that icon doesn't appear. I think it's a couple of years old by now and I had to restore it back to original settings as it was previously used by someone else. It has safari etc on it.
Is the best thing probably to take it into an Apple store or ring them up.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Summer01, what version of the iOS is it running? If it's 1.X, that'd be why there is no app store.
