just thought i would share this with you
i was going to upgrade my mobile with 3 as coming to end of my 18mth contract , anyways i went instore and was told i could upgrade ok and told them i wanted to stay on same contract if possible which was ok , i was offered a selection of phones and bascially its the same del as a walk-in would get and also same as online and if i use a cashback site i could potentially get £100 CB , i am going to go back and try again for a better deal as i have been with them for 5yrs and thisnk i deserve a better deal
any tips would be greatly apppreciated:beer:

As far as i know, in store dont have very much felxibilty with their deals.
You should phone three and request you PAC and say you want to leave. They'l put you through to the retentions department who can do more for you. Probably say no to their first few offers and then wait for them to ring you back with better offers.
