Vodafone PAYG customer - liklihood of cashback if take Vodafone contract?

I'm currently a Vodafone PAYG customer and my mobile is starting to play up to the point I'll have to get a new one very soon.

I'm toying with going on a contract with them as I've been looking at their phones and seems I could get a much better phone and deal by going on a contract for the same amount of money I normally spend on top ups/voucher packs!

I've never had a contract phone (with anyone) and wondered if anyone knows if I could get cashback with them as I'm already a Vodafone customer please.

Don't think any of the networks give cashback? You could try going through Quidco or Top Cashback, but there's always a risk it won't track or validate (or take months/years to pay!). You might have to port your number to another network payg first and then back, most cashbacks only work for new customers. . .

Possibly Bluedog is referring to the credit O2 adds to your account when you change from Pay and Go to Pay Monthly, and asking if Vodafone do the same.

How long have you had your phone for? Most major brands give you a 2 year warranty on your handset as general (LG and Apple are excluded, they both offer 12 months warranty).

Probably your best bet is to phone up vodafone can offer you - reject it and then shop around with third parties such as Carphone Warehouse and Phones 4 U can offer you in terms of cashback or gifts.
