Edit: On a related note, does anyone know how to make DosBox go full screen?
Alt-Enter makes it go full screen on the Windows and Linux versions (though not 100% that'd be the same on Mac)
Alternatively, there's an option in the configuration file, which is located at ~/Library/Preferences/DOSBox 0.73 Preferences/dosbox.conf0 -

Wine
Wine doesn't run under OS X.
You might be thinking of CrossOver.
Anyhoo, Theme Hospital isn't exactly performance intensive, so a virtual machine should be enough.
Remember, though, that you must have your own Windows license / installation media first.0 -

Is the game hidden somewhere then? I'm not very familiar with DOS.
There wasn't any sarcasm.
I was going to say that as you've got to c:\hospital> that's the directory the program is installed to ans if you read the manual for Theme Hospital (no doubt I'm now going to get told I'm being sarcastic again) it'll tell you the command to enter to run it.
But stuff ya TBH. As you're so stupid as not to even know how something as simple as DOS works and takes a suggestion to read the manual as an insult, I don't think I'll bother offering any help in the future in your direction.0 -

Well, in the sense that any open-source software can be altered and recompiled for any platforms, sure. But the prebuilt binaries won't run on OS X as far as I know.0
