Unlocked Orange to use Tescomobile - but can't receive/send MMS.

I have a smart phone which I have unlocked so as to use my tesco mobile sim. Everything is fine until it come's to viewing picture messages or sending a multimedia message.
I know I have to put some code in somewhere to to with Access Points or something but I need some guidance if someone out there is willing to assist.
