Orange - Lost my Pay as you go phone in the snow!
Just a quick one on here to say how wonderful Orange have been!
I lost my phone yesterday whilst I was out playing in the snow (I built a wonderful Igloo) so I phoned up to get a replacement sim card.
I was supised when the lady on the other end of the phone said that they can actually send me a replacement phone!!!
I am assuming that its going to be a bit of a rubbish phone, but its alot more than I was expecting!
So in short, well done for orange!!

Ive not seen mine for the past three days, used husbands phone to ring it at work and at home so i could hear it if it rang, no ringing anywhere so i just considered it lost.
Had a brainwave this aft. rang the phone when I got into the car and there it was, sitting in the back pocket of the car.
The chances of it dropping out of my pocket and into that pocket (as opposed to just dropping on the floor) as I had searched the car must be minimal. (I must write all my phone numbers down elsewhere)
Good of Orange to send you a new phone though.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
