Hi,
seem to be quite a few folk with same problem using Roboform, one suggestion was to run IE with no add-ons,Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Internet Explorer (No Add-ons)
might help identify problem.

Back again. Not managed to solve either problem. Regarding Favorites Bar, none of the solutions in the link removed the folder.
Regarding 'slow scrolling', am going to gradually disable the add ons and see whether this makes any difference.
