so i changed my account to santander i am thinking this is a mistake i got sent a letter confirming which of my direct debits & standing orders had been sucessfully switched and which hadnt , however the envelop hadnt even been folded over and sealed is this a breach in data protection? the letter had my name, address,…

Luckily it's not for me or Mikeyorks to decide what is right and wrong in this case, but for the ICO if it comes to it.

Either way, it's another reason why I choose to stay well clear of Santander
