Iphone 4 camera problem

i finaly got my iphone late yesterday from t-mobile store in mk. spend a hour or so setting it up this morning.. and i downloaded red laser and it kept on crashing the phone.. after checking the app, i tried the camera out as it was snowing heavy outside so i press the app the shutter came up .. i waited and waited 20 mins still nothing.. on the phone to t-mobile who put me through to applecare after another 15 mins of restoring the phone and doing other things.. still nothing.. so applecare said its faulty .. 2 options paid £30 for a quick replacement 3-4 days .. oh we need to take a payment of £550 :eek: to cover for the phone don't worry it will be refunded back to you asap .. or take it to a apple store and they will replace it .. so it now means i have to get milton keynes around trip of 30 miles what with the snow and christmas shoppers its going to be a nightmare.. :mad:.. so my first apple product and i am very dissapointed

I searched the web and it seems to be a common fault also my suffers the signal fault too.

3 guys at work got the IP4, and 2 of them had the camera fault symptoms, well the phone signal thing you will just have to live with that, it has been well documented.
It's shame really as if the unit had a real radio and proper flash I may have been tempted to the darkside
