£10 from Dialaphone
I recently came to the end of a 12 month contract with Vodaphone via Dialaphone.
I decided to go through them again and ordered online.
I was asked who recommended them to me so I ticked the box for Family/Friend (as I figured I am related to myself) and put in my mobile number for the contract that was about to run out.
I then received a text (on old phone) saying that if the person I had recommended stayed connected for 28 days I would receive £10.
And I did - straight into the bank.

You sure this is not the £10 for buying online?? As wackojackouk says it should be min. £200
