I live with my partner and we took in her friend as a lodger but 3 months ago she signed up to BT visions top package without our knowledge and has since left. I keep receiving letters off BT for her to pay but we dont know where she has moved to. I want to know where we stand as I dont want the bailiffs round or to receive a bad credit rating at this address (if this would happen I dont know?)
How do I go about informing BT as all their equipment is still here.
I would appreciate any help
Thanks in advance

Did she sign up to BT Vision using your partner's landline? Can you do that without the landline customer's permission? There's love in this world for everyone. Every rascal and son of a gun.

How did she manage to get BT Vision did she have a seperate phone line and broadband as well.If not you might want to ask how BT allowed her to put it on your partners a/c without the account holders authority.0
