sky anytime

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could help me please.
Does anyone know if sky have stopped putting the new premier films onto anytime tv on sky plus?
They normally put them on a friday so you can watch them at anytime.
Not sure if it's just a fault on my box.
I have tried ringing sky but they said because of the weather they aren't answering any calls.
What great customer service they have .

Because of the weather staff are unable to get to work so how does that make bad customer service?

Ref the films Sky have answered on their forum that there has been a technical problem with these and they hope to broadcast them shortly.

They clearly have staff in but they obviously cannot manage the amount of calls that also increase with the bad weather, more people at home and sky dishes going off-line.

You cant make an effort to answer a call you can either answer it or not, they cannot.

They have three main centres in Scotland which have been hit pretty hard.
