My ebay Disgust

I have been charged 3 lots of nearly £7 for listing items on ebay which equated to around £90 over 4 months, coming to around £17 and the listing fees were often free 10p or at most 20p I am absolutely disgusted as i had never heard of this new 10% charge, i had used ebay a few years ago and it was a great service, now i believe it is not worth the while selling any items on there as for selling £90 worth maybe less it wont show me i cant remember but definably not more. have been charged £17.
Hope no one else uses ebay any more it is a despicable price and one that they just cannot justify.

Would you have got the £90 and same level of buyer interest anywhere else? And don't blame ebay for you not reading up on charges, final value fees are hardly hidden.I'm not bad at golf, I just get better value for money when I take more shots!0

So you didn't bother to check the fees before listing? How could that be the fault of anyone but yourself?Gone ... or have I?0

Tried eBid.Net? Much cheaper but .....I am a cow so cannot speak Bullshine but I do recognise its smell when I come upon it.0

And as a non-necessary service, the fact people pay the prices are justification enough.I'm not bad at golf, I just get better value for money when I take more shots!0

Not exactly obvious no where was it stated when i was listing the items, plus i just assumed that the normal listing fees were plenty. Maybe not the same level of buyer interest however in some cases does it make it worth your while, depends what sort of products you are selling.0

The last page you would have seen before you placed the listing had this on it.Fees
* Stated fees include 15% Luxembourg VAT - where applicable. Learn more about rounding -and how VAT applies to you -
If your item sells, you will be charged a Final Value Fee, based on a percentage of the final sale price. Learn more about fees
and if it was a buy it now, it's ever clearer.Based on your Buy It Now price, you will be charged a Final Value Fee - of £XXX if your item sells.
All the fees are a maximum of 1 click away. hardly hidden is it?0 -
The fees are not hidden, you just need to read the T&C's.Baby Ice arrived 17th April 2011. Tired.com! :j0
