    Hi hun,

Sorry about the weight :(, it's just not as easy as it seems sometimes!

I can't believe it's only a few months to the wedding now, well done on getting more bits sorted out :D. Are the girls bridesmaids? Have you got their dresses yet?

Thats a massive sum of money your brother has saved and very commendable. I do often wonder how on earth we will ever manage to save enough to buy a house but I try not to think about it too much or I think I would get quite down about it.

    x

Very happily married on 10th April 2013 :D

    Hey Littlekel

Not long till those wedding bells are going to ring :) Good to see all your plans are coming together.

Saw that you're applying for your passport. Soooo 'spensive! I need to get mine too. Hopefully have some spare cash in about March or April. Oh, look at that, just in time to catch a flight to your wedding :rotfl:

Reflective days are good for you, chick. I'm sure you and your OH will be very happy with your decisions. xxx

How annotying about the weight loss, maybe it will all catch up next week?

That is a good task to get enough money for the DJ, something to work towards!

That is a massive amount of money for your brother to save. I hope we can save up for a house one day but next couple of years at least will be tough!

Woohoo lost 3lbs this week!! Back to where i was before. I am sooooo enjoying playing badminton. We are playing twice a week now! Hoping to take OH on the odd occasion too.

This is to be a frugal February!!!!!!!!

I have written a list of all the food in our cupboards and freezer. I have then made a meal plan including as much as i can of what we have here! The kids will be eating a lot of the same stuff through Feb but it won't hurt for one month!

At the end of this month we should only have the following in the freezer

    1 pack 300g quorn mince
    6 pork stuffing balls
    2 chorizo sausages
    1 portion of beef

That is the plan anyway. We have to pay £829 for the holiday at the end of Feb  Hopefully we will have enough to pay it!

My lovely Mum and Stepdad rang the other day to say on top of the wedding fee they are paying they want to pay for the photographer for the wedding party too. This is £275 so is such a big help. Still need to ask my Dad if they could help out with something little!

Need to get some items on ebay if i am going to raise some wedding money! Just sorted a spreadsheet with the things we have to pay before between now and the wedding. We have decided to use wedding present money towards payment of the hotel for the wedding party. I would prefer to do this than end up spending the money after on furniture like we planned and then paying the rest of the wedding off the card!

Finished our Douwe Egberts coffee on thursday and realised the jar it is in really looks like the Yankee Candles jars! So i am saving it and then the one we are getting through ow to make candles. They should look good. Haven't had a go at it yet but websites say it is obviously a lot easier to make candles straight into a jar rather than in moulds!

Off to write a Mr T list for anything we need to top our food up this week. I have to RESIST buying anything else even if it is on offer!!!! :D

I watched My Sister's Keeper last night!! OMG i cried like a baby!!!!!!!1 Trouble is - you could relate in every angle and that made it sadder. Made me think of what it would be like to say goodbye to my sister, my daughters and what it would be like to leave others behind! :(:(:(:( puts a lot of things into perspective

    Need to record my spendings

    So far

    £40 Water
£30 to TV and car tax account
    £7 to La Redoute
    £3.53 Co-op - water and fruit

Spent the weekend baking pretty much. I have made 48 cupcakes since last thursday!! We used tesco vouchers that we exchanged for rewards and have to use by 31st jan. We had pizza express take away pizzas for free on saturday and then took the kids to the Big Sheep adventure park on our vouchers on sunday!! Very MSE!

What a long post.............off to get the kids to bed and do the wii fit as i got up a bit late to do it today!!!!!!!!

Eek a lot of money to pay end of Feb but I am sure you can do it.

That is lovely of your Mum and Stepdad to offer to pay for the photographer. Hope your Dad offers to pay for something too.

I have read my sisters keeper but not seen the film, the book was sad so can imagine the film is really sad too.

2 hours of badminton on tuesday. We fit in 7 games! I lost 5-2!! :(:(:( I was worried that my friend was getting a lot better than me but today we played for an hour and a half and fit in 8 games. I won 6-2! And i am a bit poorly so i was pleased with that!

Spent last night making cakes for OH's work just to be nice. Plus DD2 took 4 in for her teacher! :D

Logging my spending every day now which is a great help as it means i feel guilty about unnecessary spending

Trying to plan my 3 course meal i am making for OH for valentines! I think i have my decisions made now! There are two puddings iwant to make though!!

Sticking to our meal plan well. Will be great to see the freezer empty!

Off to make OH's dinner. The kids have been showered at swimming (very MSE) and are now fed and ready for bed! :D

I am hoping to take photos of some ebay bits tonight! If that goes to plan :D

    There is my week sorted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also on Saturday OH's son is coming round for the first time!! He is 9 and has a very crazy Mum who has never let us meet him - OH goes round to his house to see him twice a week! Ihave been with him since his son was 6 weeks old so we have had a lond 9 year of crap from his ex! We just talked last week about looking into going to court when she suddenly out of the blue said OH could bring him to ours on saturday from 12-7pm. Then build it up to stay overnight!! How out of the blue. This isn't out of the goodness of her heart - she has a newish boyfriend so i think he has had a lot of influence and also she wants a babysitter i think!! 12-7 is a long time for a first visit if it isn't that she is off out somewhere! Whatever the reason this is fantastic news!!

Right off to cook tea for the kids!!
