Tesco mobile delivery times

Hi,

I ordered 2 SIMs from the Tesco Mobile website (1 for me and 1 for my wife) last friday (10th Dec) but they haven't arrived yet.

Does anyone have any experience of how long it takes for them to deliver the SIMs? Is it just the snow and Christmas meaning that it is taking ages?

I have rung them and they said 3 - 5 working days (which they say is until 21st December! - I couldn't convince the guy on the phone that I think this is really 7 working days).

    Deliveries everywhere are suffering, I've just received something I ordered at the start of the month and I'm still waiting on something that was despatched on the 7th.

    Is there an option to cancel and pick a SIM up from a store?

    All bets are off as regards deliveries at the moment so any estimate you have been given is no more than that.

    Hi,
    I also ordered two sims in october and they still haven't arrived.
    I waited a week and then i picked them up from my local store but they charge you 99p in store per sim card.
    I had also rang them and got the same reply as you.

    I thought that would be the case but all my Christmas delivery stuff arrived about 10 days ago (feeling quite lucky we were ahead this year and ordered it all early)! So I've not had anything to compare it to & we've had almost no snow here until today.

    I phoned again and spoke to them just after I posted and they gave me the option of paying the 99p for a SIM instore and they'll refund the 99p onto my account, so I'll pick 2 up on the way to work on Monday (assuming I make it!!). I don't need to cancel the order, they'll transfer it onto the new SIMs. Thats quite a good service TBH.

    I'm stuck in the same situation as you mate. Ordered mine on 14th, and they haven't arrived at all yet. Fingers crossed they arrive soon
