Sky installers & snow?

Hi
Can anyone tell me Skys current regs on installers and snow? are you working? do you get paid if not able to install? etc..

The work still goes ahead,certainly over here it does.Sky don't have any in-house installers here,all the work was done by Finlay Communications,now owned by Heat Services.
When I worked for them,you got a quota of 70 points to do per week;
Service call-1 Point
Standard Install-3 points
Sky+ & relocate old box-5 Points.
If you dropped any jobs during the week & failed to make up the shortfall,they took money off you to pay for the missed slots.So if you did 65 points & didn't make up the 5 points you missed,you got paid for 60 points of work.
One of the reasons I left.On average I was loosing £100 a month thru no fault of my own.The jobs could fail for many reasons;
No one home
Wrong address on a house move
Wrong address
Customer cancelled at last minute
H&S grounds (special heights required)
ect ect ect...0
