A Moral Dilema - naughty or nice??

Hi Everyone
OK, I'll keep this short and sweet.
I ordered something online from a large well known company. Said items have not arrived and are over a week late. I have emailed the company to ask what they can do as they are Christmas gifts.
Company have now responded and accept the items have probably gone astray, and they have offered to re-send the items or refund my money. Obviously refund would be my first choice as I need the items for Christmas.
My moral dilema is this - yesterday I got a little 'we missed you' post office card through the door - and as I have ordered nothing else I am assuming the items are my missing delivery.
So my question (once I've checked the parcel is what I think it is) is, do i...
Tell them I don't have it and take my refund (be naughty)
Tell them I appreciate their reply but the items have arrived (be nice).
The order is worth about £45 (a lot of money to me!)
Vote now.....

Well Father Christmas won't be bringing YOU anything this year!Baldrick, does it have to be this way? Our valued friendship ending with me cutting you up into strips and telling the prince that you walked over a very sharp cattle grid in an extremely heavy hat?0

Tell the truth and be honest! At the end of the day if it is signed for etc they can check that it was delivered to your house and then later question you regarding your dishonesty.0

I knew that I'd get some honest answers on here - I am very much considering the Karma. My post was a way of testing public opinion - my present company was all for the taking the money, but I am a terrible liar and can't help but feel guilty.
Always let you your conscience be your guide...Bloody honesty!

and to those who have chosen to be nothing but judemental and 'holier than thou' about it - I hope you can honestly say you have never been tempted by anything in your life - it must be nice to have life be so kind!
