I placed an order with Boilerjuice on 12/12/10 and the payment was taken by credit card the next day following the group savings.
I checked the order to find that they had taken the full amount without the saving and found that the saving had gone into a new thing called the 'Tank Bank'.
[TEXT DELETED BY FORUM TEAM] You can get the amount in the tank bank refunded but it can only be done when your oil has been delivered and then it goes back on your credit card and can take up to 5 days. What a nice way for Boilerjuice to make some interest.
They already make money on each order and now they are just getting greedy. [TEXT DELETED BY FORUM TEAM]

I have had the tank bank money returned after complaining and funnily enough they have changed the wording from, 'you cannot request the tank bank money until the delivery of oil is confirmed' to ' you cannot request the tank bank money while orders are in progress'.
They also stated that they receive no interest on the money in the tank bank!!!!0
