Mobile broadband with credit roll over

I currently use contract-free Vodafone mobile broadband with 3GB for £15/month. Vodafone has a credit roll over system whereby if you have not used your 3GB by the end of the month it rolls over to the next month and does not expire. However they are (in Feb 2011) going to only give customers 2GB for £15/month, so the price per GB increases by £2.50.
Do any of you know of any other UK providers that have a 'roll over' policy, on contract or otherwise?

They don't any more. They are just continuing to honour old contracts. Nobody else does it to my knowledge but it is possible to buy 12month PAYG (from 3 at least and maybe others) and use the allowance any time in that period.0
