Saw my first piece of PPC toilet paper today...

Dad got a ticket from Town & City Parking in a hospital car park today - parked in a short stay bay whilst helping me to the orthopedic department with a broken ankle

Told him to ignore it of course - how much do this lot try to pursue it compared with others? :)

Town & City just use AA Hutton debt collectors, who also phone up sometimes as well as send your Dad a couple of threatograms. They have NEVER been known to go near a Court so no worries.

See the letter chain used by T&C in the top thread on the board 'PPC letters, what to expect':

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.php?f=163

And if you look further down the board there's another thread where someone mentions receiving a phone call. If that happens tell them to do one by stating that any debt to that company is DENIED and you insist that they stop contacting you or you will report them for harassment. :p
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
