Hi,
Is it normal for there to be a fair few plaster splashes on a freshly plastered room? Do I just scrape these of before painting or should the plasterer remove these?
Cheers

If the plasterer and his labourer had pride in their work they should have removed these, should not have been left for you0

Should these be removed before or after the mist coat? Whats the best method to remove them?0

i agree with chicksy the plasterer should have removed these , however it's not a huge job , they should either just brush off or rub off , remember to mist coat (thinned emulsion) your new plaster before putting on new paint0

To be honest I am happy with the job overall there doesn't seem to be much wrong with it other than these splashes so I am not that bothered.
Thanks I wil remove them before painting with mist coat.
The room needs 4 weeks to dry as there are a few coats as the walls were all over the place!
