You've got to admit that you can't fault these ghouls for their generosity to their landlord, by all accounts a complete stranger. If only they didn't wish economic hardship, unemployment, homelessness, and ruin on all other hard-working families.0 -

Getting his IO only mortgage payed off while the value of the property withers away. Not all landlords have an IO mortgage though, of course. Also not all property prices have fallen in value in recent times so there is no guarantee of getting somewhere at a "hugely reduced" price.0 -
