Puzzled by samsung galaxy s - please help

I'm a little puzzled.

I was using my phone the other day outside, unfortunately it was chucking it down with rain. I got soaked and so did my phone.

I dried my phone off and checked inside by taking the back cover off - there was just a little surface water around the camera lens - thats all. Phone works fine

I tried to find the water damage stickers to check them but I cant find them anywhere! None on the battery, under the battery ... etc

Any ideas?

I have the original Galaxy and there's one on the side of the battery (same side as the contacts), I'm pretty sure all phones have one on the external casing of the battery so technicians can tell straight away. It's also worth shining a torch into the headphone and USB socket as there's often indicators in there.
