Found a gorgeous ring on Samara James that I am in love with - have had a sample sent and it's beautiful!
Have also found it on Marlows Jewellers website, which is slightly cheaper, but being a money saving website, the cheaper the better yes?
In that case, has anyone else seen this style elsewhere?
It's this style:
http://www.samarajames.com/acatalog/info_r1_188.html
http://www.marlowscertifieddiamonds.co.uk/engagement-rings/round-brilliant-rings/round-brilliant-cut-diamond-engagement-ring-jem82.html
Samara James - platinum, 0.6 carat, VS2, Colour F, Premium cut - £2117.35
Marlows - platinum, 0.6 carat, VS2, Colour F - £1954.72
Anyone fancy having a look for me?
Thanks!

Hello, I wouldnt know where to start searching but just wanted to say welcome to Weddings and what a beautiful ring it is!! Wowzers!
ps. love your signature... that's one of my pet hates! What matters most is how well you walk through the fire0 -
Thank you! I'm not even engaged yet actually - but I'm very fussy and know what I like so there was no way he was picking it anyway!
Hopefully some time in the next 6 mnthsneed to find the ring first!

Thanks Steph - what one did you go for?
Was there any 'movement' in the price - I've found the ring cheaper in a couple of websites, so wondering if SJ price matched type thing? They have sent a sample and seemed very good so far, so would probably stick with them.

I got the Leah ring it's on page 5. We looked online first before buying but that was the only one I liked didn't think about shopping around for it. We thought it was a decent price. I wanted it to be re coated so it looked nice for christmas so I emailed them and it's £35 which isn't bad but the only reason I didn't do it is because they like to use Royal Mail and I don't like sending parcels through them as mine seem to get lost
They would probably price match if you asked them. It is really good quality stuff, hopefully we will be getting our wedding rings from there0 -

The Leah one is gorgeous too! What carat did you go for? Did you just buy online or did you call? It seems a big purchase just to make online?
The sample they sent is of very good quality and they have been really helpful so far so that seems a good sign. The wedding ring I like from there is less than £130 if I get white gold (I like plain!) so seems a good idea.

My fiance bought my ring from samara james - it's the emma style, 0.5 carat platinum with a hearts and arrows cut. He rang them up and they gave him a choice of diamonds and advised on which would be best for his budget. Think they have a showroom too now. Only word of advice is make sure you get your finger properly measured ... I've had to have my ring downsized twice. I love my ring though and we're definitely going to get our wedding rings from samara james as well. Married 06/10/12 - Best day of my life0
