Actually, I was only reading the local paper last night and I noticed an advert for a house in Maesteg, South Wales, Roughly 20 miles from Cardiff right on the M4, Three bedroom semi-detached house, in excellent condition, with rear and front gardens, new kitchen and bathroom, 38,000 thousand pounds.

You cant get any cheaper than that.

Try Burnley then or Liverpool or Stoke.
