Panasonic GD87 - Can I trsf all my nos to another fone?

I've had my GD87 for almost two years now. The main reason I've kept it so long is because I've got so much information stored on it - tel nos, postal and email addresses, even pin numbers and miscellaneous reference numbers.
Is there any software out there which I can use to transfer this info onto my laptop at least before parting with it? I just feel I need a change of handset even though the GD87 has been brilliant so far.
Then if I'm lucky I could probably transfer all the data from my laptop onto another phone?

The reason people don't move right down inside the carriage is that there's nothing to hold onto when you're in the middle.
