Amazon -anyone else having delivery problems?

Several items ordered at the beginning of the month not delivered, have accepted the fact that there is little chance before Christmas. Out tomorrow to source replacements, Amazon will be getting a lot of returns, not their fault but that's one of the risks of being an on line retailer!

In the last two weeks I have problems with delivery to Belgium.

Twice now, I have been quoted one date upon ordering and another date some 4-5 days later upon when the item was despatched the next day.

All credit - the first item had its postage refunded and I await the outcome of this second item.

However, whilst not a life n death issue, it is inconvenient and I would suggest misrepresentation.

Any thoughts?

Sorry, I must have missed the news, when did Belgium become part of Northern Ireland?

And of course goods shipped from the UK to Belgium could take a long time, they have to pass through at least 2 postal services to get to you!

Placed my order on the 04/09/12 and was delivered on the 08/09/12,never had a problem with Amazon deliveries.
