Mobile Phone Contract Refusal
Hi, For the first time in my life I have tried to buy a mobile phone contract with T-Mobile as up until now I have had a work mobile and my own PAYG. I found a good deal on the internet and applied through Affordables Mobiles - I was declined by the network. My wife then applied through Buy Mobile Phones - same again. My son also tried and he was refused. We have lived in the same house for 30 years, used the same bank for over 35 years, fully employed and all bills payed on time and until now have never been refused credit. I have written to T-Mobile Credit Referral Team and the letter has not been answered. I have also phoned T-Mobile and they have no way to contact this Credit Referral Team! I am now getting angry about this whole situation as I can't seem to find a way to resolve the problem - Any suggestions/explanations/advice most welcome.
Regards,
Chrisham

sounds like you have been trying to buy it through a broker kind of site, try and order it direct as although you may not get the free gifts (i'm guessing they give you a free gift) then you will be able to chat online to them, plus i think direct it has more of a chance of going through. Are you sure the sites above are genuine sites too?:T:T  :beer::beer: to the lil one

You need to get a look at your credit file, they do 30 day free trail (as long as you cancel before the 30 days is up). Just bare in mind they don't have to give you an acc, they can decline you if they want...0

It can just as simple as a misspelling or something similar.
I have a "-" in my Flat Number and it always mixes up in online applications and a few applications (although for CC) were denied.
I called them up and explained them the address situation. The system can not find any details if something is wrong, as small as it may seems.
Changed the details and it went through, nae bother!
I would recommend to apply in person or over the phone.0 -

A lot of 3rd party sites that offer too good to be true cashback or gift deals seem to have a habit of just rejecting people at random without even doing a credit check. Try directly through the network or even in store and you might have better luck, you wont get the choice of handsets or freebies, but ultimately you'll get a better experience.0
