payment was taken at the same time i made the order, which was in the wee hours of the morning

if it hasnt been refunded by tommorrow, despite the cancellation emails what else can i do but contact customer services?

im actually rather peeved off that they took the money straight from my account as soon as i made the order, rather than most companies who wait until the order has been despatched

They are all different aren't they as some take the money straight away even when they don't send the goods for days whereas other wait until the order is dispatched.

Mine was released for dispatch for hours, then I got the cancelled email and then the Cancelled Recurring order email.

same here order cancelled, here was me thinking the weather would have been a problem too :mad:. oh well nothing ventured , nothing gained.
