Superdrug code glitch? £10 off £10 min spend, £3 delivery

well i placed 2 orders the first has been canceled paid by card nd the second paid by paypal which i placed half an our later has been despatched tracking number on royal mail says it will be posted today 16th.... now wonder how long it takes to get a refund!!!!

Unless there is a difference. With a credit/debit card they ringfence the money and take it when the item is dispatched. But with paypal we have paid up front and they already have our money. Please tell me if I am wrong. Is there a chance we will still get them?

I had one despatch email earlier, but my other one is like loads of others, preparing or whatever it is for despatch. T & Cs say once we get the despatch email, the contract is formed, so maybe just maybe we'll get those?
I paid via paypal and have had no cancellation yet.

Just had 1 of the 2 orders cancelled One paid by CC the other by paypal, guess it's just a matter of time until both get refunded.

my orders from 4am have both been cancelled, i paid by debit card and the money was taken straight away, still not recieved a refund....anyone know how long it takes for them to repay?

wont be ordering from them again as their customer service could be improved

Have they actually take payment or is it showing as a pending transaction? When you place an order they apply for authorisation which will show as a pending transaction but does not mean they have actually taken the payment.
