Yes, me too!

I'd only shopped with them once before and that was to get the bargain toothbrush a couple of weeks ago.

I shan't bother with them again as I prefer to be more loyal to companies who honour their glitches.

For the sake of a tenner, they've lost themselves a potentially regular customer.

Had the cancellation email but account still shows order as active :doh:you'd think they could coordinate the emails and account info.
Glad mine was cancelled as I found one of the items less than half price on another site.

Me too. The one I had cancelled was with a debit card. The paypal one is still active at the moment.
