Why would phoning them after they have realised and corrected the glitch make any difference? the thousands of orders would have alerted them.
I feel some of you have been quite harsh on lucys mum (unless Im missing something??)

They would have had an influx of orders but it is Christmas so it may have not raised any eyebrows.
I do think 'Lucy's mum' is a troll though!

My second account has been 'tempoarily suspended' :eek:

dunno what's happening there, I've had an email confirming registration and order processing...

I've got items dispatched on my first account :T that was the important one, my brother would be getting a rather naff present if this glitch hadn't happened! With the 3 for 2s and essentially £7 free, he'll be getting some nice bits to open

The second one was just for stocking fillers for the kids

about 10.45, the second one was about 30 minutes later...

I guess it will be pot luck if the second one turns up or not, as long as I get a refund ok if it doesn't, I don't mind

My first order that was despatched with a royal mail tracking number now has this on the RM website....


The sender has advised us that item **275756655GB will be posted into the Royal Mail network on the 2010-12-16.

Previous to this it had no info so surely a good sign?

My other one unfortunately is still In released for despatch mode so not holding out much hope, this one was more of a p*s's take one though to be honest!

FYI the first order was made about 10.30am....
