Are these one offs I wonder or is it that Superdrug can see that some people have placed more than one order, email addresses may be different but postal addresses may be to the same location, or maybe it was found that items in the order were out of stock when it went through the order process.

Superdrug never post out on the day of purchase btw.
I use them quite often.
'Released for despatch' just means an order confirmation.
Then it will go to 'despatched' prob Fri/Mon
Theyre all sent with the 'tracked' stickers on via royal mail vans.

I made 5 orders.
I dont think theyll be cancelled.
Ive also used the 10% off code on 5 orders in the past under different emails (all with the same one address) and i'm sure that falls under the one use per customer terms like this one. And they have all arrived in the past.

I ordered about 5 orders for £10 off! When the thread started.

But i meant, in the past, i've also used the 10% off code (which is one per customer) many times and its been fine.

Boo hoo - couldn't make it work so telephoned them and they have now corrected the error and will not honour the code so the best I could get was 10%:(
