You must be kidding. I re-installed Mac OS X 10.6. There was nearly 1.5GB of updates.

I have only found 4 for windows 7 one was for office, net framework, windows malicious software removal and another for silverlight

If you are on Office 2007 or higher, you might want to check Outlook still works. There seems to be an issue with this set of updates.
