sorry if i have not put this in the right forum
but here goes i was with orange broadband till about 2 mths ago and they dersided to cancel my dd with out telling then to add insort to it they canceled my account for non payment but the marker is still on my line anyway i can get it removed

The 'marker' is the broadband service you have with orange. If you're leaving orange then they'll need to either issue a MAC or a cease of the broadband service for you. They'll be the only ones who can remove the 'marker'.0

they will not do either of them so any ideas0

well theres no other company that can request to get the broadband off, so you'll have to put some pressure on orange.
I can only assume if they're not willing to do either then its more of a contractual issue they have with you?0 -
