We've had hd about a week now and noticed on the tv guide some of the listings are orange, does anyone know why please

its the programmes which are shown in HD.

As stated, orange listings are those programmes that are broadcast in HD.
One of the things people soon learn about HD channels is that not all the content broadcast on them is broadcast in HD hence the orange highlighting of programmes is a way of discerning whether the programme is in HD or not.0 -
