I have had the same problem
Last November I bought an ipod costing £159 from Amazon
and the points are still not showingSealed Pot Number 018 🎄2009..£950.50 🎄2010..£256 🎄 2011..£526 🎄2012..£548.80 🎄2013...£758.88🎄2014...£510 🎄2015...£604.78 🎄2016...£704.50 🎄2017...£475 🎄2018...£1979.12 🎄2019...£408.88🎄2020...£1200.63...🎄2021…£588 🎄2022 £672… 🎄2023 £3,783.90 🎄2024…£3,882.57🎄20250 -
I don't have any problems with Amazon -I did have an issue with a Currys transaction -Nectar told me when to chase it-which I did -and the following day they credited the points as an adjustment....and a week later they credited again as a Currys posting .
They also more than compansated me when Sainsburys had a food item flashed as 100 bonus points-and then substituted it with the same item without points when I rang to complain.
It's not foolproof but their customer service after the event I've found to be pretty good and combined with my Sainsburys shopping soon adds up.
The BG offer is pretty good too-I was thinking of switching anyway as even before they put the prices up at EDF -the tariffs were very close-add 20,000 points (£100) to switch and it's a no brainerI Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
