Ahh dont worry about me hun they arrived in the end and that was all i was worried about! Well that and the fact i had been snowed in here for 2 weeks too! :rotfl:

Im glad it arrived eventually.

I have read awful reviews regarding hdnl however in 4ft of snow they managed to get a parcel to me next day it arrived 18 hours after i placed the order. I couldn't praise them highly enough! x

I had the misfortune to arrange a fishing rod to be collected by them.
I typed in the consignment number on their website, and I was informed that it would be collected between 07.30 and 15.30.
With this, I waited in ALL DAY and they never turned up!!!
I emailed them 5 days ago, complaining about their rubbish service, and they still have not replied!!!
The shop who I was returning the rod to has said that they WILL NOT apologise!!!
I am absolutely disgusted, by their arrogant attitude!!!
There are lots of couriers who would be grateful for the business, and would no doubt have far better customer service as well.

Very angry at City Links service, and promises. They admitted responsibility for losing my £3500 camera equipment, and offered to reimburse me for it. Unfortunately that offer didn't transpire.

As a consequence I have produced my own website that hopes to inform consumers to avoid such a rogue trading business.
