it's not me you have to explain it too... i couldn't give a monkeys what you think or you don't think - but anyway, thanks for letting me know.... hitting an open wound always seems to hurt...Who says I believe that rubbish?
I just said the prediction was still there, not that I thought it (or anything else on the website) was correct.0 -

I didn't even gloat about how completely and utterly wrong they got it.
Looks like there's a lot of people upset over it though.
my post doesn't stink of upset to me old boy. so where are the numbers who went from bear to bull.
how come users can still state if they are bull, bear or neitherMaidstone Prices - average reductions at 8.5% (£19,668) Feb 2012 - We thought the dudes were not allowed to drop prices?0 -
As I said yesterday, they do need to tidy up their act a little. Imagine joining as an enthusiastic bear yesterday and seeing that there were many like minded people on site ................ then seeing that some had been on there since Dec 05. That doesn't send a good message (and even then they were predicting 40% drops). Nothing wrong with commenting on other websites, I am sure the bears would do it too if they could find anything worth commenting upon.0

They. Have. Deleted. It.
took you an hour to think that up? you made a statement that saidFirst of all most regular members of the site all admit that there will be 'no second leg down' and change status en masse from 'bear'.
so how do you know it was most. you must have researched it beforehand?Maidstone Prices - average reductions at 8.5% (£19,668) Feb 2012 - We thought the dudes were not allowed to drop prices?0 -

Have not the faintest idea what you are going on about, or why you seem to want to find an "open wound".
Have you got me mixed up with another poster?0 -

Third time lucky then -
They have removed the ability to display your preference from the website. This was because no-one any longer believes there will be an enormous reduction in house prices.
You may still be able to view this in peoples profiles, however this is restricted to registered members only. Not having ever been a registered member I cannot comment whether this is true and I certainly can't go about counting people that I know have changed their mind.
If there's anything else that's going over your head about this please don't rant like a two year old, it's embarrassing. Just try and let me know in your own words and I'll try and make it as clear as I can.
It's worse than trying to explain something to Graham... oh wait.
This isn't even on topic.0 -
