  • Hi
Has anyone else received their voucher? I'm still waiting on mine. I have had my first statement but still no letter with voucher code. OH did ring to check before we used it that we were eligible for the voucher which they confirmed so hope it shows up.

Still waiting for mine also,I signed up early november and had spent over £550 on the card well before the 25th of december.Ive had one statement but no vouchers :(

I spoke to them about it today but they have not got back to me about why i have not recieved my vouchers.

they had better sort this out asap as i would like to use the vouchers sooner rather than later.

In the unlikely event that they dont give me the vouchers what is my legal rights on this.
  • Hi again
I am very pleased to say my voucher arrived this morning before I had made any contact with them. Hopefully yours will arrive too d34dc41m.

My and my OH claim vouchers has just turned up - no problems.

The only fly in the ointment is that you have to pay £3 to have them delivered so it's really a free £47.
I do hope you're telling the truth?

    really?

    I didn't.

I just went to a website, chose the ones that I want and £50 sainsburys vouchers came 3 days later. No spend.

Haven't claimed mine yet - so you may well be right - specified postage when I did a quick view of the site. Hope I'm wrong

My mistake - the £2.95 isn't charged when the voucher is used.

A free supermarket shop for me next week!

  • I applied in late Nov and recieved my £50 voucher on Friday, wooohooo
  • I received my letter informing me of the voucher offer yesterday. I really didn't think it would come and thought I would have to chase them for it.
  • Having applied, got the cards, confirmed the offer over the phone, and spent the required amount by xmas, I tried chasing the voucher only to be told that the previous information I was told was incorrect and I was not elligible for the £50 offer. They were very sorry but there was nothing they would do.

I have written to them and will be closing my account. What a bunch of con artists.
