Can I suggest people warn other potential victims of their fate by leaving relevant reviews of Richard and his newest escapade.

By Googling tempo travel, his 1 review (5 star) appears at the top.

The coach we hired to take us to Southampton Docks did not arrive and we had to take two taxis. We did get picked up for our return journey though. I was told that I would get a refund for the cost of the taxis. However this did not materialise. I took the company to the Sm;; Claims court and had to process the claim to the end stage. However I have now been sent the refund as well as the costs. Perhaps it is worth taking legal action

Hi, even after all this time Richard is still up to his old tricks in stealing money, latest article posted in todays Bournemouth Echo, A coach failed to turn up to take a local stagecoach show to perform at the West End and after many promises of returning the money, they still have not received it. Ive recently experienced Tempo Coaches and their (his) robbery, cant get hold of him, he wont return calls.
Booked a coach, it didn't show, the only time I heard from him is when he made the booking and took payment.


Since then he is unreachable, by phone, post or email...


I will not rest until I have sorted this!!
