First Direct 6% + ISA? anyone heard anything?

I read in the paper last week that all the banks are starting the yearly ISA war to see who can grab the ISA cash.
One mentioned was first direct were going to be doing a cash ISA over 6% but the catch being 6% for 8 months then 4.25% for the reast of time.
This doesnt bother me as cash ISA's are relativly easy to move
Anyone seen or heard anything?

I think it was 6.25% which would make it a good deal, if the transfer process goes smoothly...0 -
sorry if you've already seen the post I put on the other thread (still new to this forum malarkey) but I called and asked first direct outright - turns out the 6.25% is available from Monday...might have to fill yer boots before they have to close it though (like some other providers who where mobbed last year)...0
