From what you describe of your cosuins conduct its not the beahviour of someone who is being upfront and honest about their true financial position.
I wouldn't dream of turning up on someones doorstep (especially a vulnerable old lady), asking for money I knew deep down she couldn't spare, then disappearing again till it suited me without her having any contact number for me. Sorry but your cousin is taking the mick.
It is up to your nan to say no to helping her financially. If she does I bet she wouldn't see her for dust. How sad for your nan.0 -
