Sorry for the dumb question, but, how do you tune a tv using the remote?....
What key do you want to tune it to?

LCD and Plasma screens are best tuned to B Flat.

Unless it is made by Sharp of course.

Sarcasm is definitely needed if the OP asks a question easily sorted BY READING THE MANUAL.

Sarcasm is never necessary, it is nasty.

The poster has said he meant no offence and i have thanked him/her.

So there was in fact no sarcasm involved.

If all posts here that could be fixed that way or with a quick search were removed it would be a very very quiet forum indeed....

    Technophobes like to be handheld.

Clearly others like to hold their hands too as 90% of questions are answered in the first one or two responses but that doesn't stop others from paraphrasing the same answers umpteen times over.

    Funny old world ain't it...

McKneff, sarcasm is often very funny, and you're being oversensitive. But I won't be sarcastic.
OP - we can't really help you unless you tell us the make and model of your TV...

Not over sensitev really, i was sticking up for the OP who felt bad enough without insensitive remarks. (my typical libran trait I guess)

Your definition of sarcasm is strange, when sarcasm is (supposedlly) funny, it ceases to be sarcasm, it's then called wit.:D;)

Perhaps the poster should have put a ;) then we would have all known where we stood.;)

my apolgies for any offence to anyone.
