URGENT! Nat West debit card not working!

So here it is, Last thursday I use my Nat West card to top up my phone via o2, works fine and done. Today I come to order something from Amazon and they say they cannot process my card, same with Game and Zavvi!? I don't understand why this is, Would it be worth seeing if I can withdraw money from a cashpoint? Any ideas???

Yeah, I phoned the bank up, explaining the problem as above, after being transferred I spoke to this man who said nothing was wrong with my card, no block etc etc, then tells me to try again, I try again and the same problem is still there! Looks like I'm going to be phoning him back up!!!
