    What is the ENCP?

    In 2008 the Government introduced the "English National Concessionary Pass" giving over 60s and eligible disabled and blind groups free off-peak bus travel in England. The ENCP replaced other local concessionary travel passes that covered these groups previously.
    But I think the previous poster was refering to a scheme run by a particular local authority. He didn't tell us which LA.
