How to get out of O2 contract
Hi ive got a samsung tocco ultra and ive got an 18 month contract with O2 i only have 6 months left, but want to change to a new phone (Blackberry Curve 3g).
I currently pay £20 a month for my phone and theytold me if i want out i must pay £120. And i dont really want to pay that much.
Is there any way i could avoid this and get out or get out for cheaper?
Any help would be great . Thanks:beer:

I'm afraid not.
Presumably you got a free or heavily discounted phone with your contract. The cost of this device plus your network usage needs to be covered by the monthly contract cost. To allow you to 'get out' of your contract 6 months early would mean they could make a loss.
Your options are to lower the tariff if O2 will allow this, or buy a BB Curve SIM free, which will allow you to use it with your current contract.
You could take an additional contract, but you wouldn't be able to transfer your number and you would be paying two lots of monthly line rental - not money saving!0
