Advice to Virgin monthly contract users.......

Just a bit of advice for anyone on a pay monthly contract with Virgin
I'm on a Virgin £30 contract, 600mins, unlimited texts, free internet & free Virgin calls
Got an email today to say my December statement is available to read or download. I noticed the amount was a couple of pounds higher than normal at £33.90
I only go over my £30 charge when I send the odd picture message so I don't normally bother checking my monthly bill and payment comes out by direct debit, so I decided to have a look at it to see what the extra charge was for?
I found Virgin had been charging me 30p a day for internet access for 13 days, so I then decided to have a look at my November statement, found that was for a sum of £35.10 again Virgin had charged me for 17 days internet access at 30p a day
So from 22nd October thro to 21st November they were billing me for £9 of internet usage on a contract with unlimited internet
Called them up and got it refunded no problem, it appears they’d apparently had a system issue
Talking in the office I found out it had also happened to another guy I work with, so I wonder how many people haven’t noticed this month of charging on their statements?
Nice if they’d have told their customers about this little glitch in their system and the nice little earner for them if you didn't pick up on it
So if you’re a Virgin customer, suggest you check out your last couple of bills
