O2 tariffs
Hey,
I have 2 cotracts with O2, one which I no longer use. I have contacted O2 to lower my tariff down, I was informed that I coulod only lower the tariff twice in the life of the contract. Is this really correct as in previous years with O2 I was able to lower the tariff down to the lowest one.
Someone please help

What does it say in your contract? Usually downgrading is at the discretion of the network.0 -

Things have changed but I would check your T's and C's many networks dont allow a change or only one price point (£5.00) and only after 50% of the contract0 -
Basically, by downgrading your tariff you'd be moving on to one of the newer 2010 tariffs so you'd be bound by new T&C of that tariff including a rule that you're only allowed to downgrade your tariff once and only after you're half way through your contract.0
