    hi everyone

    Happy halloween!

I have made the usual payment of £535 to the various debts. I have also managed to bag myself a 0% credit card - finally - so I am going to do balance transfers to that tomorrow. It's only until May next year and I have been unsuccessful in the past getting an 0%er so hopefully I will be able to get another one to replace this next year, otherwise it's a whopping 34% interest. I'm going to pay off as much as I can in the meantime, and even throw all of my spare change to this to get the balance down.
    See you next month!

  • Right... I've been very naughty this week...

I got my new card for my 0% balance transfer, and rather than snap it and deny myself the chance to spend on stuff I don't need I spent money on stuff I don't need. *sigh* Just when you think you're getting somewhere you put yourself back for all the hard work and effort you've made so far :(

Anyway, I've updated my siggy totals to about what they should be (I need to check again this week when things have cleared and what have you!), and I'll keep up my payments as paying off what I owed at the start of the year, but there'll be a bit left over even after I've cleared that!!

    Anyway, my current total is:

    £2615.19/£3435

  • Just paid Nov's Virgin min of £30 and an extra £80 off the Barclaycard so that's £3612.52/£6842.49. Still no internet so its been hard to do payments, ebay etc. Also in the process of trying to set up a joint account and switch direct debits so finances are a bit wayward at the minute:eek:
Debt free and busy treating myself:)

No more toiletries/make up until I've used what I've got stashed since Jan 2011, graduated October 2012. Restocked Dec 13..damn those sales

Woohoo, new month. Just need to find £200 more to pay off our Lapland holiday and I'll be back to overpayments. DH has a couple of gigs coming up so shouldn't be too hard. Well done everyone for OCtober - can't wait to see what we managed.

    Heads down for November!
